What is your shipping Policy?

You will receive your order in approximately two weeks. Prints are shipped and double wrapped in protective layers. I use 5" heavy-duty shipping tubes via UPS or USPS out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. I personally wrap and package each print and provide instructions on how to easily and safely protect your investment by handling your print correctly during the framing process. For smaller prints around 16" I sometimes ship in a flat box. For your peace of mind, I provide you with a tracking number through your email address. Each print comes with a Certificate of Authentication hand-signed by me and Carr Imaging New Mexico.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

I want you to be absolutely satisfied with your new artwork. Return any print in its original packaging and condition and you will receive a different print (same price range) of your choice from this website. Contact mark@markbeckpaintings.com and I will assist you. Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds.

All Mark Beck Fine Art Print sizes are noted on the products page and I include a nicely sized, 2" white border to make it easy to frame your print.  If you decide to mat the artwork, I recommend choosing a white (or cream) 4-ply acid-free mat and ordering UV-protected glass to protect your investment. However, because your print has a 2" surrounding border, it is not necessary to use a mat. It can be framed just as it arrives to you.  The border we provide is white which makes the print stand out well against any frame. Aesthetically, I believe having a border shows off the artwork better.

Yes, I do custom sizes up to 48" so please shoot me an email here and let me know what you need.

What is an Archival-Quality Print?

Archival prints are known for replicating all the nuances of color, texture, and tone of an original painting. The ultra high-quality inks are of the highest pigmentation, and they are printed on heavy, archival-quality, Canson 100% Cotton Rag Photographique Fine Art Paper. Customers have commented on how rich and beautiful the colors are. All of our prints are hand-signed and numbered by me. These prints will become a fine piece of artwork for your home.
